Long Term Same Time Games

If you are the last player to complete their turn in this format, do you have to wait until another player starts the next turn before you can play? Or is there a set 30min / 1 hour limit before your turn starts?

You have to wait until someone else starts their turn, or the turn is halfway through (12 hours on a 24 hour game, 1.5 minutes on a 3 minute game)

I will be working on Same time games next. Crystal explanation currently is accurate.

If there are suggestions for improvements I would like to hear them.
